O'Reilly Says Second Amendment Is Optional

He thinks that bad weather can suspend the Constitution. I disagree. In fact, I'm a little tongue-tied after viewing this video. I may have to remove O'Reilly from my DVR. Since when did defending the Constitution become an "extreme position." :-(
